What types of clients do you specialize in?
I initially entered this field with a focus on metabolic conditions, as studying and practicing diet and movement has consumed me for over a decade. It quickly became clear that the most impactful work with clients begins with creating a solid foundation through Mental Fitness (PQ). I found this approach so transformative that Mental Fitness is now a prerequisite for all clients, either prior to or alongside their health coaching.
While I believe anyone would benefit from coaching, my areas of specialization include:
ADD and ADHD
Neuro/Mental Fitness
Relationship navigation, including self, parenting, marriage, educators, and leadership
Business leadership and team development
Metabolic conditions
Diabetes and pre-diabetes
Senior independence through functional and corrective movement and lifestyle

Why should you choose me as your Coach?
Because I love, love, LOVE this work. Because we’ll have a ton of fun while changing your life! Because you’ll learn to effectively navigate your personal and professional life and relationships. Because even the best athletes and most successful business owners have coaches.
I am doing this work because I want to serve others. I’ve faced the monsters in my life, stared them down one by one, and wrestled them into submission. They are now harnessed as forces for good. I have found the best in them and battled out the worst. It took a long, long time and almost cost me everything, but the work has been painstakingly done, mostly alone. I have the blueprint and will be your guide as someone who has walked the path and put in the work. I have the scars to prove it, and I will not abandon you. You don’t have to do this alone.
If that’s not enough, I back my coaching 100%. If you put in the time and if you put in the work and don’t see positive change, I will personally refund you in full.

What is ADD/ADHD?
You can look it up for actual diagnostic criteria, BUT this will be more fun. ADD is what cause you to be different, sometimes in awesome ways, sometimes in creative ways and sometimes in destructive ways. Give the ability to super focus when the subject interesting. Makes it difficult to pay attention when something is not interesting or when there might be something else going on that is competing for your attention (part of the reason it is hard to hear in crowded places like bars or gatherings). Generates creative thoughts that almost never stop. Supplies ideas like crazy, but not much to actually show for them. Likes to keep moving and doing, but may not like to finish as the end details can get boring and overwhelming.
It is important to note that for many people, ADD goes undiagnosed. This is especially true for adults and women. One does NOT need to be hyper to have ADD.

It's all under control, would I still benefit?
Our Saboteurs often find ways to be destructive in one or more aspects of life. Even for those who have transformed their Saboteurs into superpowers, underlying challenges can remain. These may include an inability to be present, negative conflict outcomes, constantly wondering what’s next, quick frustration and judgment toward oneself or others, difficulty fully connecting or feeling understood, not finishing projects completely, and forgetting things that “should” be important, among others.
One of the most impactful aspects of the program is developing the ability to be in the moment and connect meaningfully with others. Saboteurs make unconditional love and happiness challenging by keeping the mind focused on what’s next, which ultimately causes us to miss out on the present. By removing the conditions we place on love and happiness, we can find joy in life’s journey and in our relationships.

Who is this program for?
Everyone. I’ll say it louder, EVERYONE!! This is not me being dramatic or trying to drum up more clients, the program is that powerful. While the center of my target is ADD/ADHD, literally everyone would find this program life altering. The most successful people in the world continue to have coaches. Just because we are adults or not in sports does not mean we do not need coaching.
Those who would benefit most:
Those with ADD
Parents with children with ADD
Spouses with partners with ADD (couples are encouraged)
Entire family units as a group
Educators (you all deal with ADD, all of you - ask about an educator discount)
Leaders and managers of people
Armed Service Members
First Responders

Who is this program not for?
I only accept clients who are ready to change their lives.
Very simply put, this program is not for those who are not ready to invest in change. For those who do not see the cost of staying the same this program will not be impactful. For those who are not willing or ready to put the time and work in, this program is not for them. If you are not excited at the prospect of change and betterment, this program is not for you.

Does this sound like you or someone you love? What are Saboteurs?
Seems a little restless and always on the move, constantly doing something. Has no trouble engaging in activities they’re interested in but may struggle to remember routine tasks. Frequently forgets what they entered a room for because they were distracted on the way there or by something in the room. Great at generating ideas but sometimes lacks follow-through or finishing. Was often told as a child they had a lot of potential but had difficulty in school. Highly intelligent yet disinterested in many school subjects, often misunderstood by others, especially in intimate relationships. Can have difficulty maintaining long-term relationships, as their partners may become frustrated over time.
Struggles to get started due to getting sidetracked by various tasks, leading to time slipping away. Swings between distraction, procrastination, and anxiety over everything that needs to get done. Feels overwhelmed by large tasks, finding it hard to see where to start or to break down the big picture. Frequently wishes and says they’ll improve but finds it challenging to stay on that path. Has WAY too many browser windows open at once (you looked, didn’t you?).
Avoider: Focuses on the positive and pleasant to an extreme degree, steering clear of difficult or unpleasant tasks and conflicts.
Controller: Driven by an anxiety-based need to take charge of situations and people’s actions. Experiences high anxiety and impatience when this isn’t possible.
Hyper-Achiever: Depends on constant performance and achievement for self-respect and validation. Quickly discounts each new achievement, always needing more.
Hyper-Rational: Prioritizes intense, rational processing of everything, even relationships. Can come across as uncaring, unfeeling, or intellectually arrogant.
Hyper-Vigilant: Generates continuous anxiety about potential dangers, creating a vigilance that never rests.
Pleaser: Seeks acceptance and affection by helping, pleasing, rescuing, or flattering others, often losing sight of personal needs, leading to resentment.
Restless: Keeps busy constantly, always chasing excitement in the next activity. Rarely feels at peace or content.
Stickler: Thrives on perfectionism and an extreme need for order, causing anxiety while trying to make everything perfect.
Victim: Seeks attention and affection through being emotional or temperamental, with an intense focus on internal, often painful, feelings.
Does this sound like the past me—or does it sound like you, or the person you’re here for?

How confident are you this will help me?
I'll keep this simple: if the Mental Fitness Foundation Package doesn't change your life, I'll refund every cent—many questions asked (so I may better serve clients in the future). I’m confident in the transformative power of Mental Fitness and my coaching, which is why I offer this guarantee to all clients. If you put in the effort and don’t experience profound benefits, you won’t pay a penny.
