This is a rough outline of the order of operations and what can be expected. There are two parts below:

Part I – I’m Not a Traveler Yet, but I’m Interested: How to Learn More and Decide if I Am the Right Guide—and if This Is the Right Journey for YOU

Part II – My Ticket Is Paid, and I’m Ready to Travel—LET’S GO! The Actual Journey: Timeline, Commitments, Methods, and Expectations

Part I:

Look into your life—do you feel the pull or desire to become a more present, productive, high-performing person who can dominate stress, navigate all relationships, and find happiness in the here and now?

  1. Take the Saboteur Assessment.

  2. Schedule an Assessment Discovery Call. Feeling a little tightness or pressure? Everyone does—it’s the fear of change. Put that feeling aside for a moment. The call is free and fun!

  3. After the call, you decide. Does this sound amazing, or is this journey not for you right now? Spoiler alert: it’s not for everyone, and I will never pressure anyone to come along. When you know, you know—and you’ll know. Ya know?

Part II:

This program works because of structure and repetition. We are literally rewiring your neural pathways, and that takes a combination of knowledge, skills, coaching, and repetition. This program will change you because it touches your life every day, many times a day, for three months.

By the end, you will have created new neural pathways to replace old ones that no longer serve you. You will change because you will put in the time—each week, each day, each meeting. Repetition is KING!

Here’s What It Looks Like:

Your ticket is punched. You’re feeling funny—like the first day of school. Not sure if you should be excited or scared. You might have doubts, even second thoughts… but you’re here!

We rarely travel alone, and we learn best in groups. You are now part of a POD—you and whoever you signed up with (teams, couples, etc.), possibly alongside strangers. You’ll receive your start date, pre-program meeting date, and invitation.

One week before the program starts, we’ll meet for introductions and logistics.

  • Some PODs consist of existing groups, while others may include unknown Travelers.

  • You may request to be placed only with people you know, but the fuller the POD, the richer the experience.

  • I have never had anyone regret being with random Travelers. Everyone who makes it this far is here to grow and transform. The people around you will be motivated and motivating. Do not underestimate the power of a group like this.

Mental Fitness: Foundations in Self-Mastery

A 12-week program designed to rewire how you think, feel, and operate.

  • Weekly 1.5-hour POD meetings – This is where insights happen and where bonds form between Travelers and with your Guide.

  • Daily training through the PQ App (Mobile & Desktop).

  • New lessons drop every Friday for you to listen to and engage with.

  • Daily micro-trainings – A short lesson to start the day, plus 2-3 reinforcements throughout (total time: less than 15 minutes/day).

The First 6 Weeks:

We uncover what’s holding you back—the Judge and Saboteurs inside you—and learn how to recognize and combat those thoughts and feelings.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Listen to yourself – Understand where thoughts and feelings come from and how to shift those that don’t serve you.

  • Build real skills – Move from negative to positive internal dialogue.

  • Be fully present – Even in situations you wouldn’t choose.

  • Decouple happiness from conditions – Stop waiting for external circumstances to align—be happy now.

  • Navigate relationships with ease – Conflict no longer needs to be negative. Disagreements become interesting instead of contentious.

  • Become a leader worth following – As a parent, partner, teammate, executive, or citizen.

  • Create a lifelong practice – You cannot unsee or unlearn this. It will call you to be better each day and with each experience.

Who will you be 6 months or years from now? What is that investment worth?

The Last 6 Weeks:

  • Continue meeting weekly as a POD.

  • Review and integrate what we learned in Weeks 1-6. This allows us to relax and enjoy the experience—we all learn better when things feel fun and loose. If you miss or forget something from the first six weeks, no biggie—we’ll circle back.

Integration begins here. This is when the world starts to look and feel different. We’ve tuned our radio to a different frequency. We know what’s possible, and now we have the skills to make it happen. This is where we put in the reps.

  • We’ll discuss where each of us has had success and where we’ve encountered barriers.

  • We’ll learn to turn every obstacle into an opportunity.

  • From now on, every setback—whether in circumstances or relationships—will be seen as a gift and an opportunity and you will have the knowledge and skills to navigate.

  • Stress will become understood and manageable.

  • Things are still clumsy but you will stick with the practice and become the Master of your own inner Empire.

We’ll wrap up as a group, and each individual, couple, or team will decide whether they want to continue the journey and dive even deeper into something specific they want to transform in their life.
