My PQ Mental Fitness Story:

I wanted to find a way to stand out in the coaching world, where so many people striving to change their lives don’t achieve the lasting results they seek. When reading a self-help book or listening to a lecture, motivation can be brief, and changes often fade. Many people soon slip back into old habits and routines. I joined PQ with the hope that this program could create lasting change for my clients. What I hadn’t expected was the profound, lasting impact it would have on me.

I had been practicing self-discipline, refining processes, and meditating for years to manage my ADHD (read more about this in the "My Story" section). With years of self-discovery, meditation, and tried-and-true protocols, I didn’t think Mental Fitness would significantly impact me. What I experienced was almost beyond description or comprehension. A new world opened up—one I had never expected possible. Like buying a new car and suddenly seeing it everywhere, I began to see the PQ operating system at work in all areas of my life. How I interact with the world was forever changed and I continue to evolve.

Mental Fitness is different from mindfulness or meditation because it doesn’t require a quiet space or dedicated setting. Mental Fitness goes with me everywhere. It enables me to react in real time, bringing focus, clarity, empathy, curiosity, and resilience to situations as they arise. All my interactions, goals, and relationships are now filtered through the lens PQ, allowing me to perform better in every aspect of my life. I know this may sound dramatic, but the impact on my performance, relationships, and overall life can not be overstated.

My relationship with my wife has become more balanced and fulfilling. The interactions I now have my children are now calm, curious, understanding, and present. As a parent, my focus has shifted toward raising well-adjusted, mentally resilient children who can face any challenge life may bring with an intentionally positive mindset. My ability to focus and overcome obstacles has grown significantly, and I’m able to support my clients in reaching lasting success in more impactful ways. In short, PQ has changed me in ways I never thought possible. I can’t imagine life without Mental Fitness. Both my clients and I often say we only wish we had discovered PQ decades ago.

Remember that what you see on the PQ site is simply for the application without coaching or being part of a POD (group). The real power and transformation happens when we, as humans, connect. Mental Fitness and the PQ Program is baked into all our coaching packages. The PQ program can be purchased through Being Human Health and Mental Fitness independent of coaching programs, but the impact will be far less pronounced or lasting.
